Kolb Properties is proud to have been the leasing agent for the initial development of Stoneridge Village. Donna Maxwell and Larry Kolb of Kolb Properties worked with MOCAP Development, LLC the property owners of Stoneridge Village.

Phase I consists of approximately 23 acres located at the Missouri Blvd entrance. Kohl’s was the first retailer to open with 89,134 sf on October 3, 2007. Phase I also includes a retail building with 5,400 sf leased to Buffalo Wild Wings and GameStop locating in the adjacent space. Buffalo Wild Wings opened 10/8/09. GameStop is scheduled to open the 1st Quarter of 2010.

Kolb Properties handled the sale of 17 acres to Menard’s that will be located in Phase II. Menards and will open in 2010 will occupy 225,000 sf.

In addition, Kolb Properties represented Arby’s in their purchase of a lot adjacent to Stoneridge Village with a store opening planned for January 2010.
